1. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is open to verified vehicle owners and enthusiasts who share our values of respect, responsibility, and passion for motoring. Each member must submit accurate details for verification through NTSA. Roadmen Auto reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Fees

The one-time membership fee is Ksh 7,000. If an applicant fails the vetting process, a refund of Ksh 6,400 will be issued. Membership benefits are valid as long as the member abides by the Code of Conduct.

3. Code of Conduct

All members must adhere to:

  • Law Abiding Driving: Obey all traffic rules and maintain road safety.
  • Respect: Treat all members and road users with courtesy.
  • Integrity: Avoid any actions that may damage the community’s reputation.
  • Punctuality: Be timely for organized runs, meets, and other events.
  • Drunk Driving: Strictly no drinking and driving.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Use of Services

Roadmen Auto provides access to:

  • Community events such as Runs, Park & Party, Motor Showcases, and Charity Drives.
  • Services like the Auto Spa and Wraps.
  • Non-members can access certain services, but exclusive activities are reserved for verified members only.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for memberships and events are final unless otherwise specified.
Refunds are only issued under approved conditions (such as unapproved membership applications).

6. Event Participation

By attending Roadmen events, members and participants:

  • Accept full responsibility for their personal safety and that of their vehicle.
  • Grant permission for photography and videography, which may be used in Roadmen’s promotional materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials on the Roadmen Auto website are the property of Roadmen Auto.
You may not reproduce or redistribute them without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roadmen Auto is not responsible for:

  • Accidents, damages, or losses occurring during events or activities.
  • Unauthorized use of the website or member information beyond reasonable security control.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or public announcement on our site.
